The process of return and exchange is very easy through us because we work with all means for the comfort of all users and to provide an excellent and enjoyable experience for them.
A- The customer has the right to request the replacement and return of products or goods purchased from Shomos Store in some cases such as:
1- If you received a wrong product or item or the item is different from the description provided by the merchant in our store.
2- If you received a damaged or counterfeit product or one bearing counterfeit brand data.
3- If you find that the purchased product or item is not the size or weight written on it.
4- If there is a defect in the quality of the purchased product.
5- If the products or goods do not comply with Saudi standards specifications.
6- The return of the purchased item or product is only accepted within 24 hours from the time of purchase in the cases mentioned.
B- Products that are not eligible for exchange and return:
1- Used, damaged, or dirty products.
2- The product is not in its original condition when you received it.
3- The tags or stickers on the purchased item have been removed.
4- The product is not in its original packaging or missing accessories.
5- Failure to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the product.
6- The expiration of the exchange or return period means you can no longer request a replacement or return of the product.
Cases where the customer bears the shipping costs:
1- Failure of the customer to provide us with the required information for delivery.
2- If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect.
3- If the contact information is incorrect.
4- Inability to reach the customer according to the shipping and delivery policy.
Attention: The refund period after receiving the product or canceling the order ranges from 7-14 days.
For return service requests, the fee is 35 SAR.
For replacement service requests, the fee is 35 SAR.
Note ⛔️: The shipping fees paid at the first order are not refundable and are not included in the return and exchange policy.
